Order Turnaround Timing

For orders for pick-up, our turnaround time is 1 week.  For delivery, all items will be shipped in 7-10 days.   If items are needed sooner, we will do our best to accommodate requests, however, rush fees will be assessed.  Next day rush orders are not available.   For pick-up or shipping in 2-3 days, the rush fee will be $10 per personalized item.   For items to be ready or shipped in 4-6 days, the rush fee will be $5 per personalized item on the order.  Rush fees do not speed up the ship time of the order.  For quotes on expedited shipping, note what day you will need the items and your preferred shipping method and we will get back to you with a quote for the shipping. 

 

Return Exchange Policy

A Little Bit of This is committed to courteous service and customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will gladly refund the original price of purchase or exchange your purchase within 10 days of the original order. Returns/Exchanges will not be accepted on engraved or monogrammed merchandise unless damaged or due to a monogramming error made by A Little Bit of This.

We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We apologize in advance for any errors on the website (pricing or availability). We make every effort to keep the website updated but may sell out of an item before we can update the site. If this does occur, we will notify you within 24 hours to give you approximate ship dates of the back ordered items, or give you the option to cancel the order.

 

Sales Tax

Sales tax added to your order will reflect the applicable state and local sales taxes to orders shipped within the state of Illinois at the rate of 10.25%.

 

Order Cancellation and Changes

To cancel or change an order, call 773-935-3917 or email orders@abitofthis.com. We will make every effort to accommodate you, although we cannot guarantee that we can cancel or change an order once it has gone into production.
